Pamela Hergenreder-
Pam was coerced into triathlon by her 6 year old son after he finished his second one. In 2011 she learned to swim, got a road bike, joined the team and completed a mini sprint, followed shortly after by an olympic. She was hooked! For 2012 she plan to complete her first 70.3.

Marianne Jacobs-

Marianne's interest in competitive sports began 5 years ago when she saw a Masters swim practice and decided to join. After competing in her first swim meet, some friends asked her to do the swim leg of their triathlon relay. She had so much fun that she decided to do it solo the next year. She bought a road bike, learned to fix a flat, and became a full-fledged triathlete. Her proudest achievement to date is finishing her first olympic with the team at Club Nationals in 2011. She especially enjoys riding and running with her husband, who doesn't swim.

Kristi Leonard-

Cheryl McDonald-Pugh-

Angela McQuillan-

Katie Pike-
Katie is an avid dirt bike rider and loves spending time in the outdoors with her husband. She started doing triathlons 3 years ago and has been loving every minute of it. This year, she's looking forward to being cheered to the finish line by her new name, "Mom!"

McKenzie Reilly-

McKenzie, an experienced distance runner,  joined a women's triathlon group 3 years ago to try a new sport and make new friends. After her first event,  she was hooked! Last year she joined Team 3xFast and has enjoyed improving her fitness and  making new friends, especially on the Friday Night Rides. She's looking forward to competing at USAT Club Nationals with the team in her home state of Oklahoma this year. Listen for her singing her way through the tough bike and run sections!

Rebekah Sampish-

Rebekah started triathlon on the encouragement of a friend. She was very proud to have finished her first event and is inspired by the new friends she's made in the sport. She is looking forward to completing her first olympic in 2012 with her good luck charms (husband & kids) cheering her on to every finish line!

Ashley Stiles-

Karen Stillahn-

Karen followed a magazine's triathlon training plan as a way to get in shape, but never planned to actually do one. Fortunately, a friend signed her up after teaching Karen to swim and she has been hooked ever since. She conquered the Lake to Lake Triathlon after turning the big 3-0, but this year she's focused on getting back into shape after becoming a mom. She tries to use visualization techniques before her events, but always falls asleep before reaching the finish line.

Theresa Windish-

Tonya Workman-

While recovering from surgery on her achilles, Tonya was told to take up swimming as a way to stay active. Not really knowing how to swim, she hired a coach and hit the water. She saw herself progressing from swimming to biking to running as she rehabilitated and triathlon seemed a natural fit. After completing her first sprint, she was hooked. This year she's looking to improve in all 3 sports, starting with getting more comfortable in the open water.

Team 3xFast Ambassadors
These members go above and beyond when it comes to volunteering and racing. Watch for them locally, nationally and internationally!

Nadia Sullivan-

Nadia came to triathon from a competitive swimming and cycling background. In late 2010 she learned to run to help Team 3xFast take on USAT Club Nationals. In 2011 she expanded further into the sport locally and nationally. For 2012, she is excited to be competing for Team 3xFast and Team USA at the ITU World Championships. Watch for her & her cowbell cheering at the finish line!

Nick Sullivan- President
After swimming at a Div. 1 university, Nick took some time off from competition. He picked up triathlon in 2004 as a way to get back into shape. After winning the overall in his first sprint event, he was hooked! In 2011 he became an Ironman in Couer d' Alene.

Dwayne Windisch-

A chess champ in high school, Dwayne switched to softball and volleyball while in the Navy. After a horrific softball accident, he turned to running and then duathlon. In 2006 he won the Fat Tire division of the Mile High Duathlon series and was hooked on multisport, though it would be another year before he would complete his first open water swim. He earned his M-dot in Arizona in 2010 and is looking forward to qualifying for the 2012 Long Course HalfMax Championships.
